Terms of sale

Who we are

SpriteStage designs small printable mechanical dioramas. It is run by its founder, a private individual based in Italy. You can reach us at hello@spritestage.com.

Who sells to you

Orders are processed by Link, part of Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record: at checkout you see "Sold through Link". Link is the seller of your order. It takes the payment, applies and pays sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt and invoice. Its own terms apply to the payment. SpriteStage supplies the files and the license.

What you buy

A digital download: a zip with a ready-to-print 3MF project for Bambu Studio, plated for Bambu Lab A1, and a PDF assembly manual, together with the license you choose (License). The interactive 3D assembly guide is free on each stage page. Nothing physical is shipped.

Prices include VAT or sales tax where it applies. At checkout the price may be shown in your local currency.

Delivery

Right after payment you are taken to the download page. If you lose it, write to us from the email you used at checkout and we will send you the files again.

Right of withdrawal

If you live in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once the download starts, provided you asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m); in Italy, art. 59(o) of the Consumer Code). Our Print Promise goes further than that.

Fan art and trademarks

SpriteStage is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Nintendo or by any other rights holder. Characters, names and trademarks shown in the stages belong to their owners. Our license covers our own design and files only.

Safety

A printed stage is a desk object, not a toy for young children: it contains small parts and is not suitable for children under 3. 3D printers involve heat and moving parts: follow your printer's safety instructions.

Liability

The files are tested on real prints, but results depend on your printer, filament and settings. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms; the version in force when you bought applies to your purchase. These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
